Love Spell is an acrylic 24 x 36 x .5 inch abstract painting on gessobord in my 2022-3 series, Dreams. It references NASA imagery of the Earth from an astronaut’s point-of-view and a phenomenon called the Overview Effect, where viewers experience a profound sense of Earth’s vulnerability and desire to take care of it.
